Cotto Crudo (Four Seasons Hotel Prague, Veleslavínova 2a/1098, Prague) – the first (and perhaps only) Michelin-starred restaurant in Prague happens to be this high-end Italian restaurant, serving dishes ranging from risotto with mushrooms, jamón joselito, impepato del mugellano; to ravioli di ricotta, piedmont back truffle and violet artichokes; and involtino di pollo, gnocchetti, chanterelles, plums and grappa.
