The Sushi Bar (Zborovská 49, Malá Strana, Prague) – founded in 1999 and located near the National Theatre, this is still considered the best Sushi restaurant in Czech Republic (featured in international write-ups like the New York Times, Esquire Magazine, Bazaar Magazine, and SkyNews – UK). Along with the sushi bar sets, this restaurant also served grilled fish, soups, salads, tempura, and desserts.
