Malecón de la Reserva 1035) – this restaurant, which serves dishes that have a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian influences, is run by the renowned chef and TV personality Toshiro Konishi. The tiradito is considered his award-winning dish. Conchas Toshi (fresh scallops) is another crowd-pleaser here. The restaurant’s elegant artwork, the ocean backdrop and fine tables add atmosphere. This is also considered one of Lima’s “see and be seen” restaurant.
