Raffles Country Club

Raffles Country Club
Raffles Country Club (450 Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim, Singapore) — only 25 minutes away from the heart of the central business district; the Raffles Country Club is open to both members and visitors alike.
This sprawling 146-hectares of plush verdant land has a picturesque view of forested hills and a serene lake that you can immerse yourself in while gleefully teeing away in either the Lake Course or Palm Course, the two well-maintained 18-hole championship golf courses, which present an array of sporting challenges that can be enjoyed by golfers of diverse skill levels and ability.
Both golf courses have Tifdwarf Turf for its greens and Bermuda/Zoysia for the tees and fairways. The challenging Palm Course, touted as the course for cerebral golfers, was the venue for 1997 and 1998 Asian PGA championships. RCC is also one of the first all-buggy golf courses in the region. With a bountiful supply of over 200 golf buggies all ready to be revved, all you have to do is focus on your game. There are a couple of dining options here, including the acclaimed Shanshui Place which specializes in authentic Teochew cuisine.
